Padmashri Tomio Mizokami
Professor Emeritus of Osaka University, Japan
Padmashri Tomio Mizokami (born 1948) is a professor Emeritus of Osaka University, Japan. In 2018, he was conferred the Padma Sri by the President of India, at the Civil Investiture Ceremony on 2 April 2018, for his contribution to the fields of literature and education. In 1972, Mizokami did his PhD from University of Delhi in Hindi.
Between June and August 1994, he taught Punjabi at the University of California in Berkeley as part of their summer intensive course. He retired as a professor of Indian languages at the Osaka University, Japan. Post his retirement, he has been a professor Emeritus at the same university since 2007, teaching Foreign Studies. His language proficiency includes English, Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu, and French. He translated Japji Sahib, a Sikh prayer into Japanese.
In 2018, he was conferred the Padma Sri by the President of India, Ram Nath Kovind, at the Civil Investiture Ceremony on 2 April 2018 for his contribution to the fields of literature and education.

Dr. Ravindra Shripad Kulkarni (Ph.D. Harvard University, Mathematics) is a Distinguished Professor, Bhaskaracharya Pratishthan, Pune. He is an Emeritus Professor, City University of New York (CUNY), New York, Ex-Chair Professor IIT (Bombay), Ex-Director and Distinguished Professor, Harish-Chandra Research Institute, Prayagraj, Johns Hopkins U (Baltimore), Princeton U (NJ), Columbia U (New York), Rutgers U (NJ), Indiana U (Bloomington, Indiana), CUNY (New York).
He holds Visiting Positions at The Institute for Advanced Study (Princeton, NJ), University of Bonn (Germany), Technishe Universitat Berlin (Germany), IHES (France), Mittal Leffler Institute (Sweden). He has delivered over 250 lectures at major Mathematics Centers in the US, Europe, China, India, has over 80 publications in reputed journals in Mathematics, and has guided 10 Ph.D. Students.
He is the Founding President, The Indian Mathematics Consortium, Ex-President, The Ramanujan
Mathematical Society, Chief Editor, RMS Lecture Notes Series, Editor, Journal of RMS Founding Member, Present President, and served in various capacities in the Society of Indian Academics in America.
He has a long-time Interest in Indian Philosophy and Indology. He is an organizer of a one-day event at the Consulate General of India in New York on “Perspectives on Religion and Spirituality”.
Madhuri Sahasrabudhe

Madhuri Sahasrabudhe is socially inclined and righteous from very early years despite coming from a background of limited resources. She has been relentlessly working for the upliftment of under privileged, be it working in Assam Andolan of ABVP and as its full-time worker in Latur, or setting up school for tribal children in Itanagar, or starting an NGO ‘Swayampura’- Self Help Groups (SHGs) for women of North Guwahati. While serving as Principal at AIRFORCE SCHOOL Pune she was awarded Best Principal by Rotary Club Pune.
Madhuri has been working towards a vision of integrating India & border states more tightly into the mainland. Her unwavering belief that ‘when borders are safe, the country is safe and when people staying in borders feel like an integral part of the country, the borders will be safe’; led her to launch FHDAF (Foundation for Holistic Development in Academic Field), and organization that works primarily with students from Jammu and Kashmir. Her mission is to promote the concept of ‘Motherhood’ and ‘Role of Mother’- in upbringing children and imparting values, such that they do not lose track.
She undertook a road journey (self-driven) from Delhi to Myanmar passing through North East states in 2016, and later in 2018 from Delhi to London, covering 23,657 kilometers and 20+ countries, and in 2019 by organizing and international conference on VASUDHAIV KUTUMBAKAM in which 32 mothers from 7 countries participated and got first-hand experience of the Indian family system and the mother’s role in it. Her concept is well received not just by regular mothers, but also by some extremist forces who accorded her protection while traveling through unstable areas in the Northeast. For her commendable work, the UP government tourism department conferred on her NARI SHAKTI SWAROOPA award. She was also conferred ADARSH MAHILA award by the Legal Rights council India. She is now working towards a second ‘Mothers on Wheels’, a trip through Southeast Asia and Australia.

Prof. Dr. Sushma Yadava is the Former Vice-Chancellor of Bhagat Phool Singh Mahila Vishwavidyalaya (BPSMV), Sonipat,Haryana. She is a member of Press council of India and Member of University Grant Commission (UGC). Prior to this she was Pro- Vice-Chancellor of Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), New Delhi.
She has had an illustrious academic career of over 38 years. She has authored or edited more than 12 books. A topper of Delhi university, she has published several research papers in national and international journals of repute.
In 2019, Prof. Sushma Yadav was awarded the Pride of the Nation Excellence Award and the Woman of the year Award.

Dr. Sunil Rai is the Vice Chancellor at University of Petroleum & Energy Studies, Dehradun and was former VC at MIT ADT University, Pune and Assam Kaziranga University Jorhat and Director of Maharashtra IT Corporation, Got of Maharashtra, Mumbai. He is the co-founder of Cambridge Global Partners, Edinburgh UK, which provides strategic consulting to several industrial and academic organizations.
In a diverse and rich career spanning 40+ yrs collectively across Indian Navy, Prominent Academic Institutions and IT Industry, he is a popular and prolific speaker at various Management Seminars and Conferences, having addressed various national and international conferences, earning him accolades for his oratory skills.

He has instituted Professional Program in Management in collaboration with some of the leading companies in India and is a member or alumni of a number of associations such as- IIT Mumbai, ASCI Hyderabad, Associate Member IE (India), CSI Mumbai chapter and IBA Mumbai Chapter.
His academic credentials include Ph.D. in Business Continuity Management (BITS Pilani), Masters in Business Administration with HR Specialization (IGNOU), M. Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering (IIT, Mumbai), Masters in Marine Engineering from Naval College of Engineering (NCE), INS Shivaji – Lonavla and BSC Honours from JNU New Delhi. His research interests include Technology enabled-People driven Change Management and Organizational Development. He has published several papers on Business Continuity and Higher Education in various journals and published articles in management magazines and Business, Education columns in Newspapers. He has crafted the pioneering relationship with renowned internal institutions including Virginia Tech, Blacksburg, USA; Ulster University in Northern Ireland, ITIN France and Kennesaw State University, Atlanta USA for offering joint programs in India and conducting research and continues to serve on several governing boards as Director.
